1. Agreement to Terms

3. Deposits and Account Funding

You may fund your p65com account using the payment methods made available on our platform, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and credit or debit cards. All transactions must be made in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified.

12. Account Closure and Termination

p65com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions;
• Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud;
• Providing false or misleading information;
• Failure to complete identity verification;
• Extended period of account inactivity;
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and deduction of any outstanding fees, provided you have not violated these Terms. In cases of fraud or serious violations, we reserve the right to forfeit your account balance and winnings.

13. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and p65com regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
